LONG AWAITING POST

The last time i blogged was 1mth ago. Lol~ And& I've got so many things to say but im just plain lazy to typed it all out. So i'll just type what im thinking and we'll see how far i can go. Haha!

Ehh... I just came back from KL not long ago. Went there with my dad &his family. Basically, I think the most thing i remembered was scolding my 2 sisters all the time. I brought my PSP there so that i'll not be bored. And& my 2 sisters & multi numbers of cousins (which are all younger then me) snatched & argued cos of my bloody psp. Which makes me pissed off all the time. Everyday when i wake up, Sandy would ask me "Jie, can i play your psp" & it goes on the whole day!! WTH! -.-" No peace at all.~ You just cant imangine how engrossed they were with it. When im in Sg, i normally charge my psp maybe once every 1 or 2 weeks. Maybe even once a month. BUt when im there, i have to charge it 3 TIMES A DAY! Grrr... Even my aunties ask me not to bring it the next time. If i dont bring it, i'll be super bored! Dame it.

But the shopping made me cool abit. Cos i get to shop. Which is my main motive for going over. HAHA! Thou i didnt buy much, Im happy. My cousin is super cute too! One of them look like snow white cos she's dame fair lar! Even prettier then Sandy. Lol! I'll post her pic soon. But she's fierce man. Thou she's only like 4 years old ? She's a small chilli padi. =X

Oh yeah. I quitted Mediacorp too. 3 mths over and i've decided not to continue my contract. I think its just a waste of time thou the colleagues are good. But the pay is -.-" yeahh.. plain lousy. I'll rather slack my days off at home and sleep late everyday. Lol

Im crazy over crystals now. And i've decided to change my phone again. HAHA. Im gonna sell away my ViewTy and buy a lousy phone. Then i'll buy the crystals and stick my whole phone. Hehe. Cool man. I'm looking around; While talking to my boyfriend just now, I decided to start sticking my ibanking device for testing purposes. Haha. What if i stick on my phone and it is bloody fugly ? Haha. So must try on something cheapo first. And i took like 1 hr to get it done ? zZz! BUT I super like the effect loh! Dame chio!! Too bad the device backside has barcode & the digits. Or else i would've made the another side too. Haha

And im getting tired while lying on my bed and writing this post now. But i dont wanna sleep so early man. Why ? Cos im afraid i would wake up early! Haha. I want to wake up LATE! But i always wake up at 8+ or 9+ which is pissing me off man. So i make myself super tired before i go to bed. Lol.

K.G 21st Birthday

Weekend arrives yet again! Sweet and nice cos thursday was labour day. Lol. Went for kg's 21st birthday party at his house after work. Meet up with everyone there. Ken was busy playing mahjong when i reached and i played myself too! Haha. Total of 4 mahjong tables that night. Whoo.. Its really becoming a gambling den during gatherings... Haha!

Went over to Ken's house after that. Slept till 11+ i think then stayed at home and slacked. Called daniel & suyu in the afternoon and settled for a mahjong session yet again. Lol.

Went for dinner at Bukit Panjang before heading to Suyu's house. Mahjong started at 9+ and ended at 6! Haha. Ken lost alot from the first few sessions. Then luckily we won in the last round. But still lost abit lah... Think about 4 bucks. Took cab back and rested again.

Weekend is gone again. Dame! Work starts on Monday all the way till Friday~

Juicy Couture

I've been surfing shopping webs for the past few days and everytime i received Juicy's newsletters, I'll get pissed off for not able to get their stocks in SINGAPORE! Its not like we're a bloody poor country! Why do we have LV, Chanel, Dior, Gucci, F21, Coach, Topshop, Bebe BUT NO JUICY!!! I want their boutique to be in Singapore soon!

Im just so tempted to fly to US just to get my hands on all the Juicy! HAHA!
Anyone who knows where's the biggest Juicy boutique pls email me, call me, sms me or tell me on msn. Whateva! Lol. I want to know where is it.! I'll convince Ken to bring me there when he can. HAHA! Or I'll find some girlfriends and drag them with me. Any of my girls. Lol.

I've not travelled this year and im urging to fly soon! Thou i like shopping in Bangkok but I want to go somewhere new! These are the places I want to go:

- Taiwan for their shopping & sightseeing
- U.S for their Juicy, F21, Coach, Whateva
- Japan for their Little Twin Stars, Hello Kitty and I want to go to Puro Puro Land!
- Gold Coast for their 3 worlds

These are the places I want to go and I've not been before. Of cos I want to be there during winter so I can where nice nice coats and enjoy shopping without sweating! S'pore is too HOT

McGriddles Feedback!

Now I know how TVMobile affects us. Lol. While on my way to work 1 morning in bus 74 (I decided not to take Mediacorp bus that day), I saw the Macdonald advertisment on McGriddles. The burger seems so yummy which makes me decided to go to my office and have them deliver it to Mediacorp's doorstep.

BUT BUT BUT....................

I think its a total disappointment!! Dame... The maple syrup in the burger itself tasted wierd with the egg and meat.Its like eating your main course and desert together. Yucks! I prefer Sausage McMuffin 100 times more than that. I decided I wont order McGriddles anymore.

If people goes out for Macdonalds breakfast with me. I'll STOP them for sure! (Those closer to me lah. DUh) LOL! Support Sausage McMuffin and it wont disappoint you! (:

GIRLS NIGHT OUT

Have been meeting up with Christine & Shan for the past few days. Had dinner together after work and enjoyed all the chats (: Met up last Sunday after Chris arrivied back from AUS. (She's a SG GIRL) Chatted about the life of being a stewdess and many fun stuffs lah. Girls like to gossip mah. Shan getting ROM too! Feel great for both of them. I think I should be working hard to find a better job and start my career. *JIA YOU*

Im at work now with my mind still thinking of my bed. Went for training last night after work. Im super tired now. Will be meeting up with the girls again tonight for dinner & mani/pedicure (: Then we'll have our gossips and small talks there. Talking about manicure, I want to try doing the gel nails. It seems much nicer then acrylic nails. Cant wait for Wed night cos Thurs is LABOUR DAY!. For working people, enjoy our upcoming holiday! LOL!

PILOT TEST

I finally went for my pilot test on monday (21st) after receiving the 2nd letter. Missed the first test dates and wanted to give up thinking that they wont be asking me again. And got nagged at my mum for tons of times cos i missed that test. When i finally got the 2nd letter one day, she forced me to go. Lol. No choice but to listen if i want my ears to be in peace. Anyway, took half day leave and went for the test. 5-hours... zZz! The longest test i've taken in my entire life.

When i went to CMPB for it, i was the only girl taking with the rest of the guys. Felt kinda wierd cos there was no girls to keep me company or to start small chats. So i ended up keeping quiet for 5 hours! After taking the test, i kinda of thought it was rather fun then boring. But i still have to idea if im gonna pass it. Gonna take the 2nd test on this coming friday (25th). It will be a 2-hours test so people! WISH me luck! (:

P.S: I know i have not posted for a long time. :p

A DINNER DATE WITH MY BF

My first off day for the week. (: Spent the whole afternoon and night with my bf. Went for dinner together at Plaza Singapura. We happily went to manhattan fish market for dinner with the THOUGHT that the food will be better then fish & co. BUT BUT BUT i was wrong! the manhattan seafood platter was not what i expected. the calamaries are so dry, and i think tasted lots of oil. I think the only thing that was nice was the rice and maybe fries. the fish was alright but i think the batter was too much. and the prawn sauce was sweet! maybe too sweet for me...

Anyway, i think that the food's standard REALLY REALLY dropped. i think i prefer FISH & CO. more! Grrrrrrrr....... Even the mint is mentos! WTH~! SOOOO CHEPO! Is manhattan fish market saving money ?? DAME IT.

After dinner, went to spotlight and daiso for a walk before going home.

MY WORKING LIFE IN MEDIACORP
I KNOW I KNOW... its been a long time since i blog right ? HEEHEE SO I'LL TELL YOU MORE ABOUT MY WORKING LIFE in MEDIACORP for the past 2 weeks (:
I remembered during my first week of work, i KEPT complaining about the work life here. I didnt like the table cos my table was small, didnt like the feeling of working on saturdays, didnt talk to my colleagues(i was anti-social? ;p), didnt like the LOW pay... i KEPT complaining and complaining to my bf. LOL. the only 2 things i liked was i only need to pay 67cents to reach mediacorp from my house and i was working in the same place as my bf. BUT NOW, i started to think that this place is not so bad after all~ i got to know my colleagues better, and im quite used to waking up at 7.30 just to reach office at 8.30am. maybe i can survive the 3 mths too (:

JOB ACCEPTED

Went for job interview at mediacorp this afternoon. Was hoping i will be able to get the job so i can be in the same working place as dar. Thou we're not in the same dept but its still alright! (: Went over to mum's place after interview and bought some stuffs. Got a call and said i was accepted and will be starting work on monday! FAST! lol~ went down to raffles place to get things done before heading back to mum's place.

So guys, now i will need to be working on saturdays too.. :( Kinda sad about that but no choice. Lol! Lesser time to play mahjong BUT i'll be earning money so... LOL. fair and square loh! ;p

Waited for mum to end work till 11pm and headed home together. Its friday tmr! (: Cant wait to meet my bf tmr.

MULTI.EVENTS

After school's over, i seems to have lil' things to blog about thats why i took so long to write a long long post now. (: So what have i been doing during the past 2 weeks? FINDING JOBS and preparing for amanda's WEDDING (: I applied for SAF(Singapore AirFORCE) [you are not seeing the wrong thing] during the first week of my holidays and i received a letter to go for the tests.. actually im in a very confused mood about it cos i know i will be very stress about it and its about signing on for years... lol... so lets wait and see AND i've actually been playing mahjong during these wonderful 2 weeks break... LOL :p Amanda's wedding was yesterday and it was a super tiring day BUT its fun (: It was my 1st time being a sister and i learnt alot from the experience. Woke up at a wonderful time at 4.30am. Open the door for meiting cos she came to my house in the morning. So we started preparing for the day. Reached her house at 7+am then the day started. (: When her husband came, we started playin those games before we open those doors for them. Went over to botanic garden to take pictures... Had fun there but alot of ants && its H.O.T in the bridesmaid dress. LOL!~! Went over to the groom's house for tea ceremony and lunch before we go to the hotel(H.I.L.T.O.N) the place where all of us worked there before. :D Saw many old friends as in room service, barmens, security people... Solemaization started at 7pm sharp then dinner started around 8+ as usual~ Food wise still okay but the service not good anymore~ the person serving my table is a dame noob. After dinner, went back to her room and accompained her till her husband comes back cos he drove her parents back. Reached home around 1+am. :) This was how it goes (:

EXAMS OVER

exams over. offically declard graduation day by VANESSA TEO on 16thFEB07 at 11am! the feeling cannot be describe... 1 word maybe... SHIOK! but suddenly feel abit lost cos i dont know what i want to do from now on~

went over to NTU for my last IVP weigh-in. meet up with vashon there then go over to mdm's house. had our super late lunch over there and chit chatted. stayed till around 6+ then went over to find suyu at her house.

played mahjong but only 1 round then went home le.. i think i woke up too early in the morning thats why im feeling super tired.

I LURVE MY PRESENT!

So fast its already the 5th day of Chinese New Year. Like havent even enjoy finish yet then over le. Lol. So many things to say lah!! Haha.

1st day went to church with my mummy then went over to my ah koh house. Stayed there the whole day but NO ONE came!! Still remember last time when i was young and my great grandmother was alive, everyone would gather there and it feels so good lah BUT now different le.!! :(

2nd day stayed at home. My mum's friends came over to our house and some of my friends, daniel and suyu... Lol... and my dearest too! Played mahjong, blackjack and poker. Haha... Dar so lucky lah... Won alot of money... After that, last min went over to dar de house to bai nian to his parents. Had dinner and stayed there for awhile before i went back.

3rd day morning went over to my godmother's house, after that went to dar de house cos his friends were meeting there. Gambled again as usual then went over to his friends houses. We basically went to 5 houses total and there were lots of gambling and mahjong sessions in between. Lol. Went home very late at night.

4th day, dar came over to my house before daddy came to pick us up. After that went to bai nian together at my dad's side of the relatives. Spend the whole afternoon visiting all the places before we have our dinner together at a restraunt.

TODAY, went out with dar in the morning to watch Ah Long Pte Ltd at amkHUB. The show's funny lah but i dont really like the ending... I'll give it a 3/5 bah. I very generous de. Lol... Then came home to put some things before going out again. Went to town and went to alot of shops. Gucci, LV, Fendi, Coach, Dior blah blah... end up dar bought a Coach wallet for me... I couldnt decide on getting a hot pink or the white wallet so dar decided on the white for me. (: I like it alot but the price also very nice... THANK YOU DAR!! (: went over to borders and had sakae for lunch cum dinner. Lol... Took a cab to marina square and played bowling. THE LANE SUCKS!!! DAME LOUSY LAH!! FIRST AND THE LAST TIME I'LL BE BOWLING THERE!!! I give it a -0/5! When i bowl my ball into the lane i can still hear and feel the gro gro gro (sound of the ball rowling)... Sian-ed. Had to pay before we can play and we straight away bought 4 games but before the 1st game could end i wanted to leave already. Sucks! thats the only word i can describe. After that, we went to watch CJ7! The show's great. Rank it 4.5/5 bah. I cried!! Whahaha... 1 small part only and the cj7 is so CUTE!!! (: Its worth the money. (:

I've got to start studying for my exams which is on friday and saturday but where got the MOOD!! Haha... BUT no choice. I have to start cos i dont want to fail! (:

After using my new phone for 1 day, i still don't know where the hell is the function for me to edit, draw on my pictures... All i know is camera(take photos) and bluetooth to upload songs. LOL! But thats to WENDY for pasting me the link on how to use the phone when i realized that my phone ables me to create my own video!!! WHAHAHAHA!!! NOOB RIGHT ?!! Anyway stayed at home the whole morning and afternoon. Finished my WISP assignment 3 already. FCS quiz 2 completed. All i'm waiting now is for ms zarina to reply to my email on the standard of my assignment. LOL

bought my dream phone (: didnt have to pay any price cos i sold away my e65. this phone better me BETTER then e65!! LOL! Im putting all my hopes on the 5 MP camera. HAHA! Bought this phone without knowing what are the functions. All i know is that it has a 5MP camera and bluetooth. LOL!!! *PRAYS*

suyu bought a new phone today too! haha. she and daniel went down to suntec to get the phone which will have an additional 50bucks discount. but i was alone thats why i didnt choose to go down. DAME!! if they had told me earlier then we can go together and save another 50bucks. paid extra money for the stupid SIM card which i dont know why it cos so expensive... ): but the line was for my mother so F.Y.I im still using back my old LINE!! no changes to my number. YEAHH!!!! I got back my retest results. Thought i would really fail it cos my classmate who seems to be better in it got an average pass so i was really worried to DEATH! Anyway, i got 62 for it but then it's still capped at 50. So i have to really study super duper hard for EXAMS!

THANKS to GUOHAO & TSING QI for helping me to understand better during technofair. They spent their time teaching me at the booth while others are enjoying themselves counting down to end of FYP...! AND my dearest who came down to find me during ECEexhibition and taught me a little while worrying for my exams due to my standard of understanding what im going to be tested. lol. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!

Technofair was great too. Got to see many B1 classmates and gathered around just to chit chat. Hehe. Walked around NP open house at atrium with minfen and collected many freebies... HAHA!!

EVERYTHING MUST GO SMOOTHLY!

ITS FINALLY ECE.EXHIBITION EVE DAY! Stayed back in school till 7+ just to complete the project. Been waiting for tomorrow for a long time.. Cos after tomorrow, that will be the end of FYP which lasted for 1 WHOLE YEAR!!!!!!!!

Have to be in school at 8am since it will start at 9am. So early loh... But still cannot be LATE! Hope tomorrow will be a fun day. But how fun can it be when i have exams at 5.30pm after the exhibition... *sigh* I think i will spend almost the whole day sitting down at booth to keep revising on my FCS. Dame! So PLEASE LET ME be prepared for exams and let 7pm pass ASAP! Cos i will be a free BIRD after that! No more schools on MON & TUES! SHIOK!!! School's just on Wed (WISP&EN) ,Thurs (ESD) & Fri (FCS).

But will miss those days in projects gossiping with the girls... Those days that we go crazy and keep shooting someone. Whoever it is who is unlucky... Lol! But those days of stressful programming will be GONE!! (:

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

Went to see a doctor this morning as had an MC today. Was super tired b'coz i slept late just to watch a drama series "Romance Princess". Meet up with mummy for lunch before she headed to work. Had vegetarian food. Suddenly! I like eating vegetarian. And i know i can JIAN FEI!! LOL!!

Went home to slack after lunch. Wanted to sleep but end up watching the series again. When i completed the whole series, it was already 5pm. Called darling and asked him about the plans today. Prepared and went out at 6pm.

Took a cab and meet up with him in novena mrt before asking the cab driver to head to OUB centre. The cab fare was so EXPENSIVE!!!! 20BUCKS!! -_- NO WAY am i going to take a cab during peak hour anymore!!. Had sakae dinner buffet there. The place is like SO SMALL!! And they don't have personal tables for us to seat. We have to just sit in 1 row with every other people. Lucky for us we sat the corner. So at least there isn't anyone around me. Lol!

PRESENTATION (WISP) = OVER!!

Was supposed to meet up with Yiyi & Andrea earlier in school to touch up on our WISP ppt. But Andrea overslept. So Yiyi and me did the touch ups.

Presentations started at 10am. And we were the 5th group. By the time the previous 4 groups ended their presentations, we were unable to present our slides as it was 12pm. But we managed to allow Ms Zarina to let us do our presentations today as well. But the 6th group presentated first B'COZ they said that they can't make it next week due to the open house and techno fair. Its not fair! Why can't they present after us since all of us are presentation today! Really hate those BME students.!! Anyway, presentations ended at 1pm sharp.

Andrea and me skipped our lunch and rushed for our EN lessons. Rushed out the script and lucky our lecturer allow us to hand in before 5pm. So after our normal lessons which ended at 3pm, we went up to project room to finish up the rest of the script. Managed to get everything done before 4pm and handed up to her.

FINALLY.!! Presentations and Script was handed up. A sigh of relief~ All the stress the past few days was worth it. Lol. Imangined i stayed back in school yesterday in the library till 9pm! LOL! It was my first time and i think it will be my LAST (:

Roleplay for EN will be on Next Wed! Hope it will be a good one. (:

PROJECTS, PRESENTATIONS, SAKURA!

Monday = Project Day! Went to school but basically didnt touch on my project. Was busy with WISP (World Issues) and EN (Effective Negotiation).

WISP - Went thru LOTS of websites just to read what is happening in Darfur, Sudan. If you guys dont know where is it ? Now i can tell you. Lol! Its in Africa!! Meeting group members at 5pm in project room. Presentation is on Wed! 10am.

EN - Think of a negotiation which must FAIL! Script must be written out. After script is completed, we have to state all the problems and solutions. -_- Meeting group members at 5pm in project room too! Script dateline is on Wed! 1pm. Roleplay is the following Wed.

So many things to do!! -__-" So since Alex(my groupmate) did not come to school. I decided to spend my whole day researching my WISP and EN! Basically, i managed to complete the EN script at 5pm just to let my group members go thru it to check for any mistakes. Written the whole script with the help of minfen, tsing qi and caili. Heehee (:

WISP was a torture. I really did not know what to really do. And Andrea had to leave at 5.30pm to fetch her parents to the airport. So we decided to pack up together. Lol

Meet up with my boyfriend for dinner. Was hungry and tired. So end up deciding to go to Sakura to eat buffet. Anyway i did not went before. So decided to have a try. We saw Kwan Zheng and Wan Wen there with their friends too! Singapore is really such a small country. Haha!
Chatted awhile and went back to our own tables. Dinner was okay. Some of the food was nice. Some was alright only. Lol.

TAEKWONDO GRADING

Went to toa pahyo sports hall this morning at 8.30am. Super tired due to the chalet yesterday. Lucky i didn't stay over. Heehee. Helped mdm with the kids and waited for grading to pass. The feeling of standing and watching those kids take their grading really reminds me of the past. Its been a long time since i went for my grading. When will it be ? When will i be prepared to take my black ?

Went for lunch with mdm and club members at mos burger. The queue was dame long and the counter cashier took her own sweet time to take the order. She can even re-write the paper cos it's badly written! -_- Why do this when there is a super long queue!!! Anyway waited for the food for a very long time too. Hais.

Club members went over to my house after lunch. Wanted to play mahjong but end up playing monopoly. Think the game lasted for about 3 hours cos when we looked at the time, it was 7pm already.

ITE P CLASS CHALET

I burnt my hand today while cooking fried chicken! I used a chopstick to take the chicken out from the wok but it droped back into the hot pot of oil! AND IT BURNT MY RIGHT HAND! Pain is the only word i can say. :( Now my hand is filled with blisters. Actually didn't want to see a doctor but went in the end as 1 of the blisters broke. Spent $33 just to get the gel to apply.

Went to aloha changi chalet at night to meet my ITE classmates and teachers but when i reached, the teachers seems to have left. Lol. Don't know is it a blessing cos they sure will ask about poly. Chatted with my classmates and eat! Its been coming 3 years since we graduated and a very very long time since we have a chalet.

Went for FCS lessons today. Was super disappointed with my common test results. And HE said he wanted to submit my name for debarment! :( I had never been into this kind of sitution before when my lecturer told me that i would not score well even if he let me go sit for my exam. He said my attendance was bad. I think i really slacked too much during my last semester of third year. DAME. This really woke (late queen and absent queen) VANESSA TEO up!!! He said that he will give me a chance if i showed up for all my lessons starting from today.

After school, I went down to JL to look for my mum. Stayed there with her till she ended work. Bought some things as it was Card Member's Day. So many DISCOUNTS %%%!!! What's best is that they are giving away free c.n.y disney mickey & minne ang baos for every $28 spend & 1 limited edition c.n.y box of chopsticks for every $88. Its really very nice which is available in green and pink. Lucky i got 1 PINK SET! :) Pictures are available for all of you.
